Who Should Attend: Schools and school districts that are planning new or expanding their existing PLTW programs and current PLTW teachers. Bring your teachers, counselors, building and district administrators to learn and work together as a team to develop and/or expand student opportunities for STEM learning and to develop skills to thrive in an evolving world.
Conference topics include (but not limited to):
- PLTW’s STEM program and curriculum overview for new schools/districts
- Networking with PLTW colleagues for new and exsisting schools/districts
- Making the most of your PLTW Program
- Inside look at “Courses” the PLTW curriculum delivery system
- Student panel & demonstrations

on Monday, December 4:
Pre-Conference Vex and RobotC Workshop for PLTW Teachers: Four (4) hour hands-on training with Vex and RobotC, as used in Automation & Robotics, POE, DE, AE and CIM. Trainer is a representative from Robotics Education Competition Foundation (REC runs Vex Competitions) and assisted by an experienced POE teacher and robotics advisor.
